blox Alon Muroch, CEO
Q: What is your vision for the accounting industry and Blockchain?
Soon the crypto world will intersect with the mainstream and this unification will create an unstoppable rise in usage of cryptocurrencies between individuals and businesses. As the value and volume of crypto assets grow, there will be an emerging need to more efficiently, accurately, and automatically track and manage crypto assets for accounting, bookkeeping, and general portfolio management.
Q: What will attendees learn from your presentation?
blox will present new solutions to today’s emerging challenges for crypto asset tracking, portfolio management, and bookkeeping at Blockchain, Accounting, Audit & Tax Conference III in New York City on June 5. The presentation will show attendees how to fetch and interpret blockchain data in an automated, efficient, and accurate way– sync wallets and more.
Blox is an all-in-one crypto asset tracker and management platform for professionals, investors, miners, businesses, and enterprises.
Lukka Jeremy Drane, Chief Commercial Officer
Q: What is Lukka’s vision for the industry?
One of the biggest industry trends is the transformation of crypto asset data into auditable financial information to automate accounting, audit, and tax processes. This is a significant industry challenge.
Q: What will attendees learn from your presentation at the ABC conference?
Attendees will learn about the post-trade challenges institutions face when trading and holding crypto assets, as well as the tools available to solve these problems. Lukka will explain why and how crypto asset processing is different from traditional assets and how to support its unique features.
Lukka (formerly known as Libra) is a leading software and data services provider for middle and back office crypto asset processing.
Vertex David Deputy, Director of Strategic Development and Emerging Markets
Q: What is the most significant trend in the industry today?
Two of the most significant industry trends are: 1) tokenization of assets: financial, digital, physical titles, and intangibles (identity, reputation, attention, etc.), and 2) stablecoins leading to increased adoption of cryptographically secured money as a means of exchange for the average consumer.
Q: What is blockchain’s biggest challenge?
Blockchain’s biggest risk is not technical. Instead, it’s the inability to quickly adapt to regulatory policies and administrative rules. These regulations lead to frictions that are incompatible with the programmable economy we are on the cusp of achieving. Regulatory objectives remain valid, but the means of achieving them need to be reimagined.
