We collect information from you directly when you sign up for a membership, use one of the Services, or choose to save information about your use of our Services. We also may use “cookies” and other tracking mechanisms to collect information about you when you visit our sites or Services. What We Collect
ABC collects information about you when you interact with our sites. We collect information you provide to us through the sites and automatically from the devices you use to interact with our sites.
We collect information when you establish a membership with ABC create an account, and contact us through our Inquiry form. The information we may collect includes your name, email address, and payment information.
We may automatically collect certain information from you when you interact with our sites so that we can maintain our sites and recognize you when you return to our sites. Such information may include your IP address, the identity of your Internet Service Provider, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, and pages visited while on our sites.
Our sites do not collect personal information about users’ online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. Therefore, “do not track” signals transmitted from web browsers do not apply to our sites, and we do not alter any of our data collection and use practices upon receipt of such a signal. ABC may also provide to third parties, including other businesses and members of the public, aggregated statistical data showing general usage patterns and statistics about our sties, interactions, and transactions. This data does not personally identify you or provide specific information about individual usage.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
We use physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the personal information that we collect and that is submitted to us, both while in transit and while in storage. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we use reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ABC sites are general audience sites not directed at children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that any information we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information.
We may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.
California Privacy Rights
We do not share any personal information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If this practice changes, we will notify you by prominent posting on our sites.
